RICETTA APPLE STRUDEL

Strudel di meleINGREDIENTS:
500 gr of meal
130 cl of milk
130 cl of oil
salt
1 kg of apple “Renetta”
juice of 1 lemon
30 gr of butter
80 gr of bread crumbs
80 gr of sultana raisins
50 gr of pine-seed
1 egg
icing sugar

PREPARATION:
Put in a bowl meal, milk, oil and salt; amalgamate the ingredients till to get a soft and elastic dough. Let to rest for 1,30 hour under an humid cloth.
For the filled: peel and cut the apple and spill over the juice of the lemon. Melt the butter and brown the bread crumbs. Then mix togheter apple, sultana raisins, pine-seed and bread crumbs.

Roll out a thin dough, put the filled inside, close the strudel and paint with egg. Bake at 170° for 30 minutes.
Dusting with icing sugar.
